The Allegiance Essential Dashboard is a real-time visualization of Key Performance Metrics for fundraising. It includes year-over-year comparisons as well as trending information which will help you identify program strengths as well as areas of opportunity. The reports focus on providing insight as well as reporting. Your Essential Dashboard has already been pre-programmed to reflect your organization’s fiscal year start date. We have also already populated your Essential Dashboard with multiple years of historical data. One of the value-adds of the Essential Dashboard is that the data is live – unlike a static report, which can quickly become out of date.
The Essential Dashboard consists of two reports:
- Donor History
- Donation Summary
The Donation Summary Report focuses on gifts and revenue. It provides an overview of 7 Key Metrics with numerous filters and views of the data to provide even more detailed reporting. In addition, there is a Gift Analysis and Sustainer Analysis tab which allows for more insight into these key areas of your fundraising program.
The two tabs that make up the Donor History Report focus on people rather than gifts/transactions. These tabs show cumulative giving across a fiscal year by key giving levels, and provides insight into the overall health of the donor file by looking at Donor Type/Lifecycles and overall retention rates.
